Townsay is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or any content that harms minors.


1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Townsay strictly prohibits:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  • Sexual exploitation or grooming of minors

  • Any sexual content involving minors

  • Trafficking, coercion, or abuse of children

  • Harassment, bullying, or endangerment of minors

Any violation results in immediate action, including account suspension and reporting to authorities when required.


2. Age Requirements

  • Townsay is does not have age restriction

  • Users is not allowed to post content which require age restriction

  • Accounts found to post contents for restricted for underage users will be permanently removed


3. Content Moderation & Detection

We actively monitor the platform using:

  • Automated systems to detect abusive or illegal content

  • Manual moderation by trained reviewers

  • User reports to identify harmful behavior quickly

Content involving minors is reviewed with highest priority.


4. Reporting & Blocking

Users can:

  • Report accounts. messages, or users directly within the app

  • Block users instantly

  • Report child safety concerns via email:

All child safety reports are reviewed urgently.


5. Enforcement Actions

If child exploitation or abuse is detected, Townsay may:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate the account

  • Remove content without warning

  • Preserve relevant data as required by law

  • Report to appropriate legal authorities, including:

    • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

    • Local or federal law enforcement agencies


6. Data Protection & Privacy

  • We minimize data collection and storage

  • Contacts and personal data are used only for core app functionality

  • Data related to child safety investigations is handled securely and confidentially

  • We comply with applicable child privacy and data protection laws


7. Education & Prevention

We aim to:

  • Promote respectful community interactions

  • Discourage harmful behavior

  • Encourage users to report suspicious activity

  • Continuously improve safety tools and policies
